The Cabin Pendant takes its name from the cabin of a space shuttle, to which it owes its geometric form. Using glass as the primary medium we focused on blowable forms that would allow for pleasant light quality and warm up an otherwise cold space. They are designed to work as singular icons as well as objects that can live in numbers.
The Cabin Pendant offers two different qualities of light. Diffuse light emanates from the frosted body of the lamp, while the opening on the bottom casts a focused beam. The blown glass forms offer an easy to install pendant light, with the glass shade being simply slipped onto a provided lightbulb fitting.
